Project description
Participants prepared for the recruitment process and trained it through an Assessment Center. They learned to work with their skills and develop their professional and personal competencies, including self-presentation. In the program they learned about the rights and obligations of foreigners on the Czech labor market and attended thematic Czech language classes. An important part of the project activities was individual career counselling, aimed at guiding participants towards a self-fulfilling career. Graduates of the intensive part of the group training also met in Job Clubs, where they shared their experiences with the process of finding a job and with the early stages of employment.
Outputs:
- 34 trained individuals (11 of them have found a job during the project, and 11 completed a 6 months traineeship)
- creation of a personal competence portfolio
- creation of a job action plan
- development of a teaching CD with all the program data adapted for self-education
